Safeway offers teen driver's education  in cooperation with Osseo Area Schools Community Education

Class Schedule:

After School classes are held during the school year on Mon-Thu from 2:20 - 5:20 pm
Morning classes are held during the summer on Mon - Fri from 9:00 am - noon 
Afternoon classes are held during the summer on Mon - Fri from 1:00 - 4:00 pm

In Person after school classes are offered during the school year at:
Osseo HS, Room E222 (317 2nd Ave NW, Osseo, MN 55369)
Park Center HS,  Room 148 (7300 Brooklyn Blvd, Minneapolis, MN 55443)
Maple Grove HS, Room 258 (9800 Fernbrook Ln N, Maple Grove, MN 55369).

Registration and payment is made through Osseo Area Schools Community Education.  To register for classes, click the green Sign Up button on the appropriate time and start date in the calendar below or call Osseo Area Schools Community Education at 763-391-7223 or 763-391-7119.

Information:

For Distance Learning classes, State rules require each student to have an audio and video connection to the class.  Accordingly, students must attend the teleconference classes on a laptop, tablet or desktop computer with a web camera and microphone.  Cell phones are not appropriate devices for participating in class. 

Please Note.  Printing will be required for this class. In-class handouts (quizzes, worksheets) and the MN Driver's Manual will be emailed as pdf documents prior to class.  The handouts should be printed and available to the student for use during class.  The manual should also be printed and available during class.  The manual can be printed single-sided, two-on-a-page requiring 52 pages or double-sided, two-on-a-page requiring 26 pages.
Hard copies of the handouts and MN Driver's Manual are also available to registered students through the community education office prior to the start date.
